You can request deletion of your data. We will comply unless we have a lawful basis to retain it (e.g., tax records).
Request deletion: through Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account, or email privacy@thenook.rent.
10.4 Right to restrict processing (Article 18)
You can request we limit how we process your data while a dispute is resolved or your data is being verified.
10.5 Right to data portability (Article 20)
You can request your data in a structured, commonly-used, machine-readable format (e.g., JSON).
